My Heart, My Home

Jesus, I entrust this year to you.

I turn my gaze towards you who fascinates me and fills me with hope.

You who has authority in heaven and on earth.

Jesus, the Prince of Peace who calms my fears and anxieties.

Jesus, my King who leads me to victory over spiritual darkness.

Jesus, my gentle shepherd who carries me, who heals me, and yet is mighty and fierce in protecting me.

Jesus, I lay this next year before you. Help me make good choices for my overall well-being, and help me and my family grow to be more like you this year. Fill us with life, wisdom, and love. Help us keep our gaze on you. May 2022 be a year where your kingdom boldly and unmistakably comes into my family, home, relationships, and church. I love you. Amen.
