Father God, thank you for the gift of righteousness given to me through Jesus on the cross. Keep me on guard to protect my mind, will, emotions, and conscience, especially from discouragement, negativity, jealousy, and laziness. May my faith be unwavering to believe God makes me righteous.
Holy Spirit, renew my thoughts and attitudes, release the righteousness from within me. May I act in a way that is consistent with my new life in Christ. May I increasingly operate in alignment with God’s will. May I receive the Word of God and be a doer of the Word. I ask in Jesus’ name, Amen.
